Part-Time Personal Trainer
We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Personal Trainer to join our team at a fitness center in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing personalized workout plans, providing guidance on proper form and technique, and motivating clients to reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized fitness assessments to determine client's current fitness level
- Design and implement personalized workout plans based on client's goals and abilities
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for various exercises
- Motivate and encourage clients to push themselves during workouts
- Provide guidance on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Track client progress and adjust workout plans as needed
Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field (preferred, but not required)
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience working with individuals of various ages and fitness levels (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic nutrition principles (preferred)
Salary: $1300 per month (based on experience)
