Restaurant Manager

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, budgeting, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise staff to ensure quality service is provided at all times
- Create work schedules and handle employee payroll
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and controlling costs/budgets
- Proficiency in English (other languages would be an advantage)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
