Part-time Barista in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are a popular and busy café in Vilnius, seeking a part-time Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This position is perfect for those looking for a flexible work schedule and gaining experience in the food and beverage industry.

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, we will provide training
- Must be a graduate of high school or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have good communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness of the café including the bar area, equipment, tables, and floors
- Stock inventory and notify manager when supplies are low
- Handle cash transactions using our POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Salary: $1000 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
