Barista Trainee



We are searching for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista Trainee in Vilnius. This is a temporary position, ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in the coffee industry. This role offers a salary of 1600$, plus accommodation for non-local candidates.

As a Barista Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee beverages. You will also assist in general café operations, such as taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

We are specifically seeking someone without previous barista experience, as this role is designed to provide on-the-job training and development. However, we do require candidates to have a biometric passport and be legally eligible to work in Vilnius.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. As this is a temporary position, we are seeking someone who is flexible with their schedule and able to work weekends and holidays if needed.
