Job Title: Warehouse Worker (Vilnius, Lithuania)



As a Warehouse Worker in our fast-paced distribution center in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods. Your main responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and keeping the warehouse organized.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and stack goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse setting
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (valid license preferred)
- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g. data entry)
- Physically fit to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian is a plus)
- Biometric passport or Lithuanian ID card required
