Warehouse Supervisor


We are hiring a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Vilnius. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse.

Your main duties will include supervising a team of warehouse workers, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space, as well as ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

To excel in this position, you should have previous experience working in a warehouse setting and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree in logistics or supply chain management would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Train new employees on safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Good communication skills
