Construction Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Vilnius. This includes coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, overseeing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction management and be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects
- Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Develop project budgets and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to plans
- Manage any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with budgeting and scheduling software
- Knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
