Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. However, candidates with previous office or customer service experience will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the correct individual
- Maintain general office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Order office supplies as needed
- Help with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and billing
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vilnius (candidates must already have valid residency or work permit)
Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
