Sales Manager for Vilnius, Lithuania
As a Sales Manager in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and increase revenue. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the sales field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Lithuanian or other European languages is a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission based on individual performance.
Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. The candidate must have their own visa to work in Lithuania.
