Entry Level Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Entry Level Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without previous sales experience to develop their skills and grow within our company. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively pursue them
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for reaching target markets
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: $1000 per month (plus commission)
