A reputable land surveying company in Vilnius is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of surveying techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze data and create accurate maps, reports, and drawings using computer software
- Review legal documents and records to determine property boundaries and ownership
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Train junior staff members on surveying techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other similar software for mapping and drafting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
