Handyman for Property Maintenance in Vilnius


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Vilnius. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our properties. This role requires someone with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a flexible attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of our properties to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging drains
- Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform other basic carpentry tasks as needed
- Install appliances and fixtures such as ceiling fans, toilets, and faucets
- Maintain the exterior of the properties by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing snow or debris
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Communicate with property managers or tenants to schedule repairs or address any concerns they may have

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role (at least 1 year)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems
- Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in different weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 900$. Overtime pay may be available for certain tasks.

Location:
Our properties are located in Vilnius City. The ideal candidate should live within or near Vilnius City.
