Loader Supervisor



We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods and materials at our warehouse in Vilnius. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring efficient and safe handling of shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of loaders to ensure timely and accurate loading and unloading of goods
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while handling shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with warehouse staff to schedule shipments and prioritize tasks
- Monitor equipment usage and report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the loading area
- Address any performance issues or conflicts within the loader team

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including loading procedures, safety protocols, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must have own visa or work permit for employment in Vilnius

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Vilnius or have plans to relocate there. However, we are open to candidates from other countries who have their own visa or work permit for employment in Vilnius.
