Sales Representative



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Vilnius. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products or services to potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Sell products or services to potential customers using various sales techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
