Sales Representative for Vilnius, Lithuania
As a Sales Representative for our company in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive techniques to prospective customers
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals and share best practices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and its products
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Proficient in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
