Hotel Sales Manager
We are searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the hospitality industry and possess exceptional sales skills. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase hotel bookings
- Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the game
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (open to candidates of any nationality)
