IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of all company data and systems
- Supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity in case of system failures
- Collaborate with other departments to determine technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage the IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and security protocols
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and other emerging technologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Salary: 1400$ per month (without accommodation)

Location: Sheduva (non-native speakers welcome)
