IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies and policies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies
- Oversee the daily operations of our company's information technology systems
- Ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships related to IT services
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an information technology management role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and policies
- Ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different departments
and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
