Project Manager - Sheduva, Lithuania


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects in Sheduva, Lithuania. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Foster a positive team environment and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, engineering, technology)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
