Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. As the Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to identify insights and trends that will drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data gathering processes from various sources
- Clean, organize and analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Develop and maintain data dashboards to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide actionable insights for decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in data analytics or related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
