Online Consultant
We are hiring an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Sheduva. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and advice to customers regarding our products and services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of our company's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various online channels (e.g. email, live chat, social media) to provide advice and support
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing high-quality service
- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and promotions in order to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of online platforms and tools (e.g. live chat software)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Biometric passport
