Apprentice Glazier
As an apprentice glazier, you will be responsible for assisting experienced glaziers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of glass and related materials. You will learn how to measure, cut, and install glass in various settings such as homes, commercial buildings, and vehicles. This position is ideal for those looking to start a career in the glass industry without previous experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring and cutting glass according to specifications
- Assist with the installation of glass in various settings
- Learn how to use tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Learn how to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced glaziers
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or scaffolds (with proper training)
- Own transportation preferred (not required)
Salary: $1500 per month (or hourly rate based on experience)
City: Sheduva, Lithuania (open to all nationalities)
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Training: On-the-job training provided by experienced glaziers
Start Date: Immediate
