Architectural Designer (Sheduva)



We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing building plans and blueprints for various construction projects. This is a full-time position suitable for men who have a passion for design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and project requirements
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Present designs to clients for approval and make necessary changes based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Must be able to work full-time in Sheduva
