Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other design professionals to develop designs that meet their needs while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Incorporate sustainable design techniques into projects
- Communicate with engineers and other design professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress meets design specifications
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
- Review and analyze building plans, zoning laws, and regulations
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1600/month
