Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements. You will use your technical expertise to create detailed drawings and blueprints, taking into consideration factors such as building codes, safety regulations, and budget constraints.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial building projects
- Develop creative design solutions that are functional, efficient, and cost-effective
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and other applicable standards
- Research new materials and construction techniques to incorporate into designs
- Work with contractors to oversee the construction process and ensure designs are accurately implemented
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed to stay on track with timelines and budget
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development or troubleshooting purposes
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, and other architects throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Sheduva (open to all nationalities)
