Architecture Manager
Location: Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design and planning to construction and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Oversee construction process to ensure quality and timely completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on diverse projects such as commercial buildings, residential complexes, or public spaces
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
