Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, and construction
- Lead a team of architects and delegate tasks effectively
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project budgets and schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. While accommodation will not be provided by our company, we are willing to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
