Senior Architect



We are in need of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction process of various projects. You will also collaborate with our clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that our projects meet their needs and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development process from concept to completion
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client approval
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Oversee construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects in the team

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation can be provided for candidates outside of Sheduva. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
