Senior Architect - Part Time (Sheduva, Lithuania)


We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong technical skills will be essential in delivering high-quality designs that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for review and feedback
- Create detailed architectural plans, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee the project team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and provide guidance when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably with some experience in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer competitive compensation of 1300$ per month for this part-time position. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
