Floral Designer

A floral designer is responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other events. They work closely with clients to understand their vision and create custom arrangements that meet their needs and budget. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and knowledge of different types of flowers and their care.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their event needs and create custom floral designs
- Source and order flowers from local suppliers
- Prepare and arrange flowers according to client requests
- Ensure timely delivery of arrangements to the event location
- Maintain inventory of supplies and materials needed for floral designs
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a floral designer or similar role
- Strong artistic sense with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Salary: 1500$ per month.
Location: Sheduva, Lithuania.
Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation.
