Our fabrication company in Sheduva is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and be proficient in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. As a Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and operating welding equipment to join metal components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
- Select proper materials based on project specifications
- Operate various welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Use hand tools and grinders to prepare metal surfaces for welding
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Welding or related field from a vocational school or trade school
- Experience working with structural steel or pipe welding
- Knowledge of weld symbols and blueprint reading

We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position. This is a full-time role without accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
