We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Tutor to join our team in Sheduva. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized and engaging English language instruction to students of all ages and levels. This is a full-time position, with no accommodation provided, but with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
- Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' needs and goals
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
- Encouraging active participation and creating a positive learning environment
- Utilizing a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching techniques and strategies
- Keeping track of attendance and lesson records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Previous experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language preferred
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (preferably from an English-speaking country)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different levels of proficiency
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work evenings or weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Sheduva, a small town in northern Lithuania known for its picturesque landscapes and historical landmarks. While the ideal candidate would be located in Sheduva or the surrounding areas, we are open to candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
