Job Title: Handyman



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Sheduva. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on the premises of our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Repair or replace damaged equipment, furniture, or fixtures.
- Install new equipment, furniture, or fixtures as needed.
- Perform general carpentry work such as painting, drywall installation, and basic carpentry repairs.
- Keep track of inventory and purchase supplies when needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HVAC systems is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
