Handyman: Maintenance and Repairs Technician

A reputable construction company in Sheduva is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team as a Maintenance and Repairs Technician. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and can work independently. This is a full-time job with a salary of $1200 per month.

As a Maintenance and Repairs Technician, your main responsibility will be to perform various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical systems, painting walls, installing appliances, and other general handyman duties.

We are open to hiring someone without prior experience as long as you have the willingness to learn and an interest in the construction industry. However, experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work or general handyman work would be an advantage.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should also have good communication skills as you will interact with clients on a daily basis. Physical stamina and strength are required since this job involves lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor.

This position requires someone who can work independently with minimal supervision but also collaborate well with other team members when needed. As our Handyman, you will be expected to follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the well-being of yourself and others.

In addition to your handyman duties, you may also be required to perform basic administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory levels of tools and supplies, completing maintenance reports, and keeping track of project timelines.
