Entry-Level Administrator
Location: Sheduva, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in administration. As an Entry-Level Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1200 per month. Opportunities for growth within the company will be available based on performance.
Location:
Our office is located in Sheduva, Lithuania, but we are open to candidates from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Lithuania.
