We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant is a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
