Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel located in Sheduva. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and generate new business through proactive sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement sales plans, identify potential markets, and maintain existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase occupancy rates
- Identify potential markets and target new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, and travel agents
- Participate in sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales plans accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future revenue for the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Train and supervise the hotel's sales team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
