IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and ensuring their efficient operation. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems
- Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in information technology and make recommendations for their implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of operating systems, databases, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
