Junior Data Analyst


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and make recommendations to improve business operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, suitable for fresh graduates or those without prior experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data mining techniques
- Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving business operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills
