Job Title: Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and insights that will help guide business decisions. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze large data sets from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems
- Identify patterns and trends in data to inform business decisions
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions
- Develop strategies for data collection, cleaning, and analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
- Experience working with large datasets using cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
