Machine Learning Engineer



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex data problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to build and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that can be integrated into our products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various machine learning techniques and be proficient in programming languages such as Python or R. This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify data requirements and feature engineering needs
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of different algorithms and fine-tune models for optimal results
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning and apply them to improve existing models
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of various machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with popular tools and frameworks for building machine learning models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying scalable solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition
- Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks
- Understanding of software development principles and experience with agile methodologies
- Good communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
