Android Developer - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven working experience in Android app development
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Git version control system
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
