Online Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Kaunas. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to clients through online platforms. Your primary role will be to understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide them with tailored solutions and recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, without accommodation, and open to candidates with their own visa. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as chat, email, or video calls
- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide them with personalized solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication
- Offer advice and support to clients on various topics related to our services
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall client experience
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
- Knowledge of various online platforms such as chat, email, or video calls
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
