Contract Moderator


We are in need of a reliable and skilled Contract Moderator to join our team in Kaunas. As a Contract Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online content and ensuring that it adheres to our company's guidelines and policies. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user-generated content on various platforms such as social media, forums, and websites
- Ensure that all content follows the company's standards and guidelines
- Respond promptly to user inquiries or complaints regarding content moderation
- Identify potential issues or violations and take appropriate actions, such as removing or flagging content for review
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and update moderation policies as needed
- Keep track of trends in user behavior and report any emerging patterns or issues to the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and social media platforms
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently when needed
