Contract Moderator in Kaunas


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Moderator to join our team in Kaunas. As a Contract Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online communities and social media platforms to ensure they are safe, respectful, and compliant with company guidelines. You will also be responsible for enforcing community policies and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in community management or moderation, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online communities and social media platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies
- Resolve conflicts or issues between users
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
- Provide regular reports on community activity and any issues that arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community engagement and user experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in community management or moderation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
- Familiarity with various social media platforms
- Biometric passport
