As an experienced Tiler in Kaunas, Lithuania, you will be responsible for laying and setting tiles on various surfaces such as floors, walls, and countertops. Your main goal will be to ensure that the tiles are properly installed and aligned to create a seamless and visually appealing finish. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, filling cracks, and cleaning the area
- Cut tiles to fit around obstacles and create intricate patterns
- Mix and apply adhesives for tile installation
- Set tiles in place using proper leveling techniques
- Apply grout between tiles to seal gaps and create a smooth surface
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and design plans
- Clean up work area after completion of project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler, with at least 2 years of work experience in the field
- Strong knowledge of different tiling materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for working with heavy materials and performing repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring, cutting, and setting tiles
- Good communication skills for working with clients or other team members

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional vocational training or certification in tiling is preferred.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.
