We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old plaster or paint
- Mix and apply plaster using trowels, brushes, and other tools
- Smooth and level plaster surfaces using hand or power tools
- Create decorative finishes as required
- Repair cracks, holes, or other damage in existing plaster
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within specified timelines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role (at least 2 years)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Familiarity with different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety regulations
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are an asset)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with an expected salary of 1500$ per month. The job will be based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
