We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Finisher to join our team in Kaunas. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production for various products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without previous experience to learn and grow in the field of finishing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior finishers to complete finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, or sealing products
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Learn and utilize various tools and techniques for finishing different types of materials
- Communicate any issues or concerns with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve problems

Requirements:
- No previous experience required (training will be provided)
- Biometric passport required (or willingness to obtain one)
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred)
