We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to products using various tools and techniques. This role requires precision, patience, and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing coats to products using brushes or spray guns
- Sand and polish finished products to achieve desired smoothness
- Use specialized tools and techniques to create specific finishes, such as distressing or antiquing
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Communicate any issues or concerns with supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of different types of finishes and their application techniques
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and equipment, including sanders, buffers, and spray guns
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when needed
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating proportions of finishes

Salary: 1100$ per month (with accommodation)
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (own visa jobs available)
