Junior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Kaunas. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will assist senior engineers in the design, planning, and construction of various civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, performing calculations and analysis, creating design drawings and specifications, and overseeing construction activities. You will also collaborate with other team members and clients to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other design software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects
- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary data for project planning
- Perform calculations and analysis to determine project feasibility and requirements
- Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Prepare technical specifications for construction materials and methods
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications
and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members from various departments (e.g. architects, surveyors)
to coordinate project tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
